Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts

The Pushkin Museum features a collection of world art that could be the envy of the Louvre or the Prado.
The Museum houses one of Russia's largest collections of art dating from ancient times to the present day.
The spacious halls of the museum contain more than half a million paintings, sculptures and archaeological exhibits, including works by Rembrandt, the lesser Dutch school, Impressionists, Post-Impressionists and Modernists. Famous Italian artists whose work is represented at the museum include Botticelli, Magnasco, Canaletto, Guardi and Tiepolo. The collection also includes magnificent works by Cezanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Picasso and Matisse.
